*41  OBSERVED A CHEMICAL SPRAY BOTTLE WITHIN THE CHEM-STOAGE CLOSET TO HAVE NO LABEL. IN ADDITION, IN THE SAME CHEM-STORAGE CLOSET, I OBSERVED PESTICIDE STORED NEXT TO CLEANING COMPOUNDS. ALL CHEMICALS SHALL BE LABELED [750.1310], AND ENSURE THAT PESTICIDES ARE STORED BELOW CLEANING CHEMICALS OR KEPT ENTIRELY SEPARATED FROM OTHER CHEMICALS [750.1300]. IMMEDIATE/ONSITE
OBSERVED SODA BOXES STORED ON THE FLOOR BEHIND THE BAR. PROVIDE FOR ALL FOOD PRODUCTS TO BE STORED AT LEAST SIX INCHES OFF OF THE FLOOR (750.130). NEXT INSPECTION
23  OBSERVED THE FOLLOWING NON-FOOD CONTACT SURFACES TO BE UNCLEAN: (1) EXTERIOR OF THE 2-BURNER STOVE, (1) EXTERIOR OF THE GRILL, (3) TOP SURFACE OF THE TABLE HOLDING THE GRILL AND STOVE, (4) EXTERIOR OF THE FRYER, (5) THE NON-OPERATIONAL 3-COMPARTMENT SINK, (6) THE NON-OPERATIONAL HAND SINK, (7) INTERIOR OF THE KEG COOLER BEHIND THE BAR, AND (8) THE INTERIOR OF THE MINI GRILL/STOVE. CLEAN ALL SURFACES AND MAINTAIN [750.800]. NEXT INSPECTION
24  OBSERVED THE KITCHEN UTENSILS STORED IN THE CONTAINER LOCATED ON THE TOP SHELF ABOVE THE PREP-TABLE TO BE IMPROPERLY STORED--THE UNTENSIL'S FOOD-CONTACT SURFACES FACING UPWARDS.
